For this expansion floor for a NoMad-based marketing and communications firm, we focused on celebrating the floor-to-ceiling windows which feature spectacular views up and down Madison Avenue. The bright and airy space is filled with pockets of custom built-in seating arrangements, collaboration areas, hoteling stations and meeting rooms. The social areas create a generous and vibrant open design in counterpoint to the dense workstation layout, which accommodates more than 120 people.
